About The Position
This entry-level Master of Social Work (MSW) position provides psychosocial services to patients undergoing treatment at the facility, including in-center and home dialysis patients. The role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance patient rehabilitation, quality of life, and emotional well-being, while also educating staff on the psychosocial impacts of Chronic Kidney Disease.
