About the position

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Material Coordinator - Calibration; Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) to support our government customer located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The position involves various responsibilities related to TMDE asset management, including tracking, maintenance scheduling, and data collection. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Army regulations and maintaining accurate records of TMDE assets. The role requires collaboration with government leadership and the ability to work independently while adhering to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct TMDE asset tracking and yearly maintenance scheduling.
  • Manage repair orders and data collection for TMDE assets.
  • Add or delete items from the US Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) TIMMS Listing.
  • Maintain files of TMDE assets in an internal database.
  • Follow all internal and external procedures/SOPs.
  • Input and track the monthly report from USATA and record accordingly.
  • Perform on-site pick-up and delivery of TMDE assets throughout the Center and to the APG-North USATA Lab (TSL).
  • Assist with proper labeling of devices including DA Label 80, DA Label 163, Calibration Not Required (CNR), and Calibration Before Use (CBU) labels.
  • Track and record USATA 'On-Site' testing and scheduling, potentially escorting USATA Technicians.
  • Track third-party ISO Certification Testing of CBC TMDE Assets.
  • Keep, file, and record all TMDE Calibration Certificates from USATA and ISO.
  • Perform database entry and cataloging within the internal database.
  • Support customer schedules in scheduling repairs and annual requirements.
  • Maintain records for accountability and to an audit standard.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Identify safety concerns to Supervisor and stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate files and provide documentation to Government Lead when requested.
  • Provide required monthly data to Supervisor for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure all administrative functions and paperwork are completed on time and in the required format.
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite while performing job duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Calibration (TMDE) experience and an Associate of Arts Degree, or an active CLASS C Driver's License.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Calibration (TMDE) experience and a High School Diploma/GED, or an active CLASS C Driver's License.
  • Served in the US Military with a Logistics - Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) in a related capacity for a minimum of 3 years, and an active CLASS C Driver's License.
