About the position
Kalman & Company Inc. is seeking a Material Coordinator to work onsite in Coronado, CA. The role involves assisting the Team Lead/Manager with daily tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and conduct rules, and managing inventory of Chemical, Biological, and Radiological (CBR) assets. The position requires physical stamina and technical knowledge related to CBR equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Lead/Manager in daily tasks and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide technical knowledge where applicable.
- Facilitate accurate inventory of all CBR assets using warehouse and quality management systems.
- Assist in and complete CBR Fit Test and Size missions, ensuring accuracy of collected data.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control activities on all CBR equipment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required with 6-month re-verification.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Navy CBR equipment is preferred.
