Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks in support of production operations.
- Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Work on problems of moderate scope requiring analysis of situations or data.
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Build productive internal/external working relationships.
- Learn and follow standardized work created within the assigned role.
- Promote a safe and quality-driven culture.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system.
- Ability to read and write work instructions and have basic math skills.
- Ability to read a ruler to measure fractions of an inch.
- Prior forklift experience is a plus but training will be provided.
- Commitment to a high standard of safety and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous Fork Truck/Reach Truck experience preferred.
