Responsibilities
- Perform shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing tasks for merchandise and products.
- Check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
- Maintain records of goods and reject unsatisfactory items.
- Package and prepare products for final shipment.
- Post weights and shipping charges for outgoing items.
- Lift heavy items and operate a forklift as needed.
- Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
- Review customer orders and examine stock levels.
- Distribute merchandise, products, and materials in inventory warehouses or distribution centers.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping.
