This position requires strategic planning, team development, and operational efficiency to drive the company's success in the material handling industry.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, plan, direct, train, and evaluate to fulfill department needs and empower employee growth.
• Supervise comprehensive training in product knowledge, company protocols, and safety.
• Collaborate across departments to craft and execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Engage directly with customers through various communication channels to ensure satisfaction.
• Define clear, ambitious goals for the team, fostering a culture of accountability and development.
• Maintain operational efficiency and uphold stellar housekeeping standards.
• Deliver insightful weekly/monthly/quarterly progress reports using the WMH business system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, team development, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in Material Handling/Parts/Service Management or similar fields (highly preferred).
• Valid driver's license (essential).
• Relevant experience in product management and technical expertise in forklifts and material handling.
