About the position

The Material Mix Room Operator position at NOV Inc. involves working in a manufacturing environment to ensure the safe and quality mixing of materials for composite piping systems and other products. This full-time role is scheduled for day shifts, primarily from Monday to Thursday, and offers opportunities for overtime. The operator will be responsible for maintaining equipment and work areas, adhering to safety and quality guidelines, and completing tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operates any equipment needed to perform job
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
• Utilizes safe work habits
• Wears appropriate PPE
• Complies with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
• Complies with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
• Complies with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a factory environment with a large range in temperature changes
• Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
• Standing up to 12 hours daily
• Walking up to 12 hours daily
• Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
• Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
