Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize tooling, machinery layouts, and pultrusion line designs to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Evaluate and select composite materials based on mechanical properties, cost, and manufacturability.
• Refine pultrusion processes to ensure consistent quality and high production rates.
• Perform experiments and tests to validate designs and ensure compliance with performance specifications.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D teams to implement design changes and improve processes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment, processes, and product quality.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization while maintaining product integrity.
• Research industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes to keep products competitive and market-relevant.
