Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Composite Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in composite engineering, with resin and pultrusion process expertise.
- Strong knowledge of composite materials and their properties.
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, quality control, and process optimization.
