About the position

The Materials Handler will play a crucial role in the Supply Chain team, ensuring the efficient receipt, stocking, inventory management, and data entry of materials to support pre-clinical, toxicology, engineering, and GMP manufacturing activities. This position requires adherence to SOPs and quality systems while maintaining effective communication with internal teams to enhance warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• The correct and timely receipt and processing of GMP and non-GMP materials in the warehouse.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse in support of manufacturing activity.
• Overseeing Raw Material kitting and transfer.
• Cycle counting warehouse inventory and maintaining high accuracy.
• Operating the warehouse according to SOPs and Quality Systems.

Requirements

• A GED or equivalent degree.
• At least 2 years experience in a Supply Chain/Warehouse role.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience operating in a cGMP environment.
• Experience with SAP or other Inventory management software.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Coupa or other receiving software; ERP, MRP and other management software.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with a GMP environment.
• Experience driving a forklift.
