About the position
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northern Westchester Hospital is seeking a full-time faculty Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist. This role involves providing consultative care in a nationally recognized department known for excellence in clinical care, research, and medical education. The position includes high-risk pregnancy consultations, perinatal ultrasound, and prenatal diagnosis/procedures, with a focus on collaboration with pediatric specialists for complex cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultative care for high-risk pregnancies.
- Conduct perinatal ultrasound and prenatal diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate with pediatric sub-specialists for complex congenital conditions.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical trials and research.
- Train and support medical professionals in the department.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM).
- Fellowship trained in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- New York licensed or license eligible.
- Passion for clinical excellence and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
