About the position

The Math and English Instructor position at Eye Level Learning Center in Colleyville is a part-time role focused on providing academic coaching to students from pre-K through 10th grade. Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging academic coaching in line with Eye Level's teaching methodology.
• Motivate students with incentives and recognition.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Center Director.
• Assist with grading booklets initially to familiarize yourself with the program.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Math, Reading, and Writing (testing required before the interview).
• Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for teaching.
• Commitment to a minimum of 15-20 hours/week (schedule discussed during the interview).
• Sense of responsibility and adaptability to changes in setting and time.

Nice-to-haves

• Montessori experience or certification.
