About the position

Veritas Florida Hybrid Homeschool is seeking qualified and experienced Math and Science teachers to join our team in North Palm Beach, FL. This position is part-time and contract-based, offering a competitive pay range of $22 to $35 per hour. We are looking for individuals who are not only knowledgeable in their subject areas but also possess a strong Christian background, as our program is rooted in Classical Christian education principles. The ideal candidates will have college degrees and prior in-classroom teaching experience, demonstrating effective classroom management skills and the ability to provide excellent references from previous employers. Teachers will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Math and Science to students in a hybrid homeschooling environment. This role requires teaching in a classroom setting for one to three days per week, with additional responsibilities including preparing lesson plans, grading student work, and providing feedback outside of classroom instructional time. Our program emphasizes a college-preparatory curriculum, and teachers will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment for our students. Responsibilities

• Teach Math and Science subjects in a classroom setting one to three days per week.
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials for classes.

Requirements
