About The Position

The University of Southern Maine's Veterans Upward Bound Program is seeking a part-time Math Instructor to support veterans in preparing for post-secondary education. This role involves working with a dynamic team to implement math courses tailored to the needs of first-generation, income-eligible veterans. The position is designed to empower participants through a math refresher workshop and additional support as needed, with a focus on non-traditional learners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement academic year and summer Math courses for veterans.
