About the position

The Long-Term Math Substitute Teacher will provide instruction in mathematics to students during the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This role is temporary and focuses on maintaining a productive learning environment while delivering math lessons effectively.

Responsibilities

• Delivering math lessons according to the lesson plans provided.
• Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Managing student behavior and enforcing school policies.
• Providing feedback to students on their progress in mathematics.
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification or substitute teaching permit.
• Proficiency in mathematics curriculum and instruction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
