The Multi-Classroom Leader 1 (MCL1) is responsible for coaching and leading a team of 3-6 teachers while also teaching students. This role focuses on establishing high expectations for student achievement, organizing teaching roles based on individual strengths, and ensuring effective instructional practices to promote high-progress learning for all students. The MCL1 collaborates with the team to review student progress and adapt instruction accordingly, while also providing feedback to the principal regarding team performance and development.
