About the position

The Mathnasium of North OKC is seeking a Center Director to manage its operations and contribute to the growth of the learning center. This full-time position involves overseeing the educational experience for K-12 students, hiring and developing staff, and engaging with families to ensure student success. The Center Director will play a crucial role in promoting the Mathnasium brand and achieving business goals related to student performance and enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful operation and growth of the North OKC Mathnasium location.
• Create a safe, inviting, and fun learning environment for K-12 students.
• Hire and develop excellent math instructors and assistants.
• Communicate with parents about their children's progress and manage enrollments accordingly.
• Promote the business through marketing efforts and community events.
• Achieve business goals related to student performance, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong math aptitude, at least at the Algebra level.
• Previous experience working with children and supervising employees.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using general office and computer equipment.

Nice-to-haves

• Teaching certification (not required).
• Prior leadership or management experience with youth groups or business.
