About the position
The Mattel Retail Service Division is seeking Temporary Team Associates to collaborate with Retail Service Representatives. This role is essential during the Peak Season, particularly in November and December, where a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week is required. The primary responsibilities include merchandising Mattel and Fisher Price products on store shelves, constructing displays, implementing Point of Purchase materials, ensuring compliance with planograms, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, Team Associates will participate in special projects and conduct in-store demonstrations, contributing to the overall success of the retail execution team. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility in their work schedules.
Responsibilities
- Merchandising Mattel/Fisher Price products on the shelf.
- Building displays for product promotion.
- Implementing Point of Purchase materials in stores.
- Ensuring planogram compliance for product placement.
- Providing customer service to enhance shopping experience.
- Participating in special projects as assigned.
- Conducting in-store demonstrations of products.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Demonstrated growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning.
- Access to an up-to-date smartphone and/or computer for work-related tasks.
- Valid driver's license and current car insurance for transportation.
- Ability to climb ladders up to 12' tall.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physical capability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and walk for long periods.
Nice-to-haves
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
- Experience in the consumer product industry or retail.
- Computer skills relevant to the position.
- Previous experience with Mattel products.
