About The Position
The position is for a Reading Coach at Charles County Public Schools, requiring a Master's degree and eligibility for a Maryland Advanced Professional Certificate with an endorsement in Reading. The role involves coaching teachers to enhance instructional practices and improve student achievement, serving as a liaison between the Office of Instruction and individual schools, and coordinating the Reading program at the school level. The Reading Coach will also be a member of the Instructional Leadership Team and will engage in various professional development activities.
