MAX Performance & Engagement Intern: LA - Spring 2025

About the position

The MAX Performance & Engagement Intern at Warner Bros. Discovery is a spring internship located in Culver City, California, designed for students interested in retention and engagement marketing campaigns. The intern will support the operational success of the Warner Bros. Discovery streaming service by assisting Design Managers in the execution of marketing campaigns, managing workflows, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Design Managers in kicking-off projects through meetings and communication channels.
• Collect assets for design requests to ensure proper execution by designers.
• Maintain workback deadlines and update ticket statuses in Monday.com.
• Work with stakeholders to obtain approvals on creative assets.
• Complete key art batch requests using Adobe Bridge/Photoshop.
• Attend and present in weekly sync meetings to share final creative or updates.

Requirements

• Interest in retention and engagement marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with design basics and Adobe suite.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program.
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older).
• Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
