About the position

The MBA Internship Program at Google is designed for first-year MBA students, providing a paid opportunity to immerse themselves in the tech industry while working on high-impact teams. Interns will enhance their skills, tackle challenging projects, and engage in personal and professional development activities, including mentorship and exposure to company leadership. The program aims to prepare interns for potential full-time roles based on their performance during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a high-impact team within the tech industry.
• Engage in rigorous work that challenges your skill set.
• Drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
• Collaborate with team members to solve strategic and complex business problems.
• Complete a full-time, consecutive 12-week internship between May and August or June and September 2025.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Master of Business Administration program.
• Ability to solve strategic and complex business problems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Independent motivation and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in the technology industry and Google's business.

Nice-to-haves

• Currently in their first year of their MBA program and returning to a full-time MBA program after completion of the internship with at least one semester remaining in their program.
