About the position

The MBA Leadership Program Internship at Emerson is designed for students in the Class of 2026, providing a 10-week immersive experience where interns tackle key business challenges across various functions. Interns will engage in high-level projects, receive mentorship from executives, and participate in leadership development sessions, all while working in a collaborative environment aimed at fostering future leaders within the company.

Responsibilities

• Address key business problems on diverse teams with high-level projects.
• Participate in leadership sessions and organized social events throughout the summer.
• Engage in strategic planning and analysis of Emerson's competitive position.
• Support supply chain operations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define and execute strategic programs to enhance business capabilities through IT.
• Assist in developing and implementing Emerson's people strategy across core HR services.
• Contribute to marketing strategies, including market research and brand management.
• Perform project-based assignments in finance, including capital deployment decision support.

Requirements

• Recently completed or working towards an MBA or Master's degree in a Human Resources related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Eligibility for employment-based visa sponsorship for specific roles.
