About the position
The Ecolab MBA Marketing Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to engage in a 10-week project that impacts the company's marketing strategies. Interns will work on real business needs, gain exposure to senior leaders, and network across the organization, culminating in a final presentation to senior management. This internship is designed to provide a realistic preview of a career at Ecolab, with a focus on professional development and potential full-time employment as an Assistant Marketing Manager upon successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and capture customer problems and opportunities.
- Leverage customer insights to develop new product development strategies and innovative solutions.
- Develop segment and business reviews, ensuring alignment of strategies and execution plans with stakeholders.
- Support sales growth, retention, and profitability through strategic planning and execution of marketing programs.
- Lead new product launches, including target customer selection and value proposition development.
- Support marketing strategy by creating and implementing strategies and plans for products and programs, including market research and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to produce marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Requirements
- Anticipated MBA graduation date of May/June 2026.
- Concentration in Marketing, General Management, or similar.
- Two years of professional experience pre-MBA.
