About The Position

The MBA Supply Chain Internship at E. & J. Gallo is a 10-week program designed for first-year MBA students, providing hands-on experience in real-world supply chain projects that impact the business. Interns will work on improving inventory management, reducing transportation costs, and enhancing customer service, while gaining exposure to leadership and strategic roles within the company. This internship serves as a direct pipeline to the full-time MBA Supply Chain Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP).

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the first year of an MBA degree program.
• Three years of full-time work experience prior to beginning the MBA.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience effectively presenting information to top management groups.

• Four years of full-time work experience prior to beginning the MBA.
• Superior strategic, creative, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership skills, business acumen, and communication skills.
