• Oversee performance management processes and assist with employee relations issues
• Support talent acquisition efforts through recruitment and selection processes
• Collaborate with various departments to communicate HR policies and procedures
• Assist in human capital management initiatives to leverage talent effectively

Requirements

• Must have Restaurant Experience
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Experience in performance management and employee relations
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes
