About the position
The PT Dishwasher position at McMenamins Hotel Oregon involves supporting the kitchen team by ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Assist in food preparation as needed.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use.
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a current food handler permit.
- Enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment.
- Flexible scheduling availability preferred, with weekend availability required.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but training is available.
