About the position

GovSG is seeking a C3BM Principle Systems Engineer to engage in Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts. This role involves technical engineering and integration for C2BMC, focusing on interoperability, analysis, and interface design for various missile defense systems. The position is based on-site in Huntsville, Alabama, and requires a strong background in systems engineering and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts.
• Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
• Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience required.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Knowledge of LRDR and TPY-2 (FBM) interoperability required.
• Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes.
• Able to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.
• Master's degree in a STEM field.

• Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment.
