About the position

As an MDM/ETL Developer at Deloitte, you will be part of a dynamic team that is focused on leveraging technology to solve complex data challenges. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about data management and analytics, and who thrive in a collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to work on various data management techniques and implementation styles that are prevalent in the industry. Your primary focus will be on managing master data across different domains, including customer, supplier, product, and reference data. In this position, you will engage in data management activities that require a deep understanding of industry-accredited tools used for medium to large-scale master data implementations. You will develop quantitative models that utilize fuzzy and probabilistic algorithms to derive 'golden' records from enterprise master datasets. Additionally, you will implement a data stewardship framework to optimize stewardship processes, perform technical risk analyses, and conduct reliability assessments. Your role will also involve advanced analyses, including sustainment, optimization, text analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will be responsible for building, testing, validating, and demonstrating analytical models using relevant error metrics and calibration techniques, ultimately deploying these models into production. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within the Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering team, where you will help clients implement large-scale data ecosystems and drive operational efficiency through data management and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Understand data management techniques and various implementation styles used in the industry.
  • Perform data management activities focusing on customer, supplier, product, reference data, and other data domains.
  • Develop quantitative models using fuzzy/probabilistic algorithms to derive 'golden' records from enterprise master datasets.
  • Implement a data stewardship framework to optimize stewardship processes.
  • Conduct technical risk analysis and reliability assessments.
  • Perform advanced analyses, including sustainment, optimization, text analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
  • Build, test, validate, and demonstrate analytical models using relevant error metrics and calibration techniques.
  • Deploy models into production.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-time experience with ETL / MDM tools and processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in Informatica MDM 10.x versions with development skills in ETL with IICS/IDQ.
  • 3+ years of experience in multiple areas of MDM implementations including Data Profiling, metadata acquisition, data migration, validation, reject processing, and pre-landing processing.
  • 3+ years of experience with Informatica MDM (Hub and IDD/Entity 330).
  • 3+ years of experience in Informatica MDM Provisioning tool and Java User Exists.
  • 3+ years of experience with Informatica MDM Service Integration Framework (SIF).
  • 3+ years of expertise in Informatica MDM Hub Match and Merge rules, batch jobs, and batch groups.
  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with ESBs and different publish mechanisms.
  • 3+ years of experience in configuring Entity base objects, Entity Types, Relationship base objects, Relationship Types, and Profiles using Hierarchy tool.
  • 3+ years of knowledge of Active VOS workflow concept in Informatica MDM.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
