About the position

The MDM Product Analyst role is focused on supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), sustaining, and compliance system readiness. The analyst will work closely with various partners to troubleshoot issues, manage program implementations, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to determine root causes of issues and recommend solutions.
• Support NPI, sustaining, and compliance system readiness.
• Troubleshoot and triage tickets with upstream and downstream partners.
• Manage program implementation of Agile ECR, ECO, and MCO analysis.
• Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement in current processes and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in MDM (Master Data Management)
• 5 years of experience with SQL
• 4 years of experience in Agile methodologies
• 1 year of experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and Tableau
• Knowledge of system configuration management and change management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with system validations
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
