Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in data management and governance.
• Intimate knowledge of business problems and managing client projects in data management.
• Experience in developing Master Data Management (MDM) technology-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency in implementing MDM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica, and others.
• Experience in architecting end-to-end MDM solutions and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of data querying and processing using SQL, Python/PySpark, and similar technologies.
• Ability to design MDM solutions and programs for enterprises.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in data models and table structures of business applications like Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle ERP.
• Experience in leading operational and organizational transformations in MDM.
• Ability to articulate the benefits of investing in MDM and develop business cases for MDM investments.
• Experience in leading the development of sales support materials for MDM opportunities.
