About the position

As a Manager in the Data Governance, Quality and Operations team at PwC, you will leverage advanced frameworks, data integration, and machine learning tools to deliver scalable data operations. Your role will focus on establishing trust and integrity in data while helping organizations uncover insights and drive business results through smarter data analytics. You will work collaboratively with a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues and contribute to the firm's leadership development framework, the PwC Professional.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in developing Master Data Management (MDM) technology-enabled solutions for large organizations.
  • Experience with MDM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Riversand, Stibo, Profisee, Attaccama, or Reltio.
  • Ability to architect end-to-end MDM solutions, including integration patterns and workflows.
  • Experience in designing MDM solutions and programs for enterprises, including governance and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data querying and processing using SQL, Python/PySpark, and Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Knowledge of data quality systems and processes, and ability to design data quality rules.
  • Experience in leading workshops with client stakeholders to capture and document MDM requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in defining MDM strategies and architecture roadmaps for clients.
  • Proficiency in data models and table structures of business applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle ERP.
  • Ability to prepare and present complex materials to higher-level audiences.
  • Experience in leading the ideation and development of accelerators/prebuilt solutions for MDM.
