About the position

As a Senior Manager in the Data Governance, Quality and Operations team at PwC, you will leverage advanced frameworks, data integration, and machine learning tools to deliver scalable data operations. Your role will focus on establishing trust and integrity in data while helping organizations uncover insights and drive business results through smarter data analytics. You will work collaboratively with a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Intimate knowledge of business problems and managing client projects in data management and analytics.
  • Experience in developing Master Data Management (MDM) technology-enabled solutions for large organizations.
  • Proficiency in implementing MDM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica, and others.
  • Experience in architecting end-to-end MDM solutions, including integration patterns and workflows.
  • Knowledge of data querying and processing using SQL, Python/PySpark, and Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Experience with data quality systems and data management workflows.
  • Ability to relate MDM systems to industry use cases and articulate the benefits of MDM investments.
  • Proficiency in defining MDM strategies and architecture roadmaps.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle ERP systems.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills with senior IT stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading operational and organizational transformations in MDM.
  • Ability to develop accelerators and prebuilt solutions for rapid deployment.
  • Experience in delivering sales support materials for MDM opportunities.
