About the position

The MDM Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality across various teams. This role requires a strong background in data architecture, governance, and management, with a focus on aligning MDM solutions with business goals and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall architecture of MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and data governance standards.
• Work closely with business analysts, data stewards, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in data management.
• Design integration strategies for various data sources and systems, facilitating seamless data flow and consistency across the organization.
• Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support MDM initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and technologies, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and align with the architectural vision.
• Monitor and optimize MDM systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and standards related to MDM solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on MDM best practices and tools.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Solution Architect, specifically in MDM solutions.
• Strong background in data architecture, governance, and management.
• Experience with RPA Technologies, particularly Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency in data modeling and architecture.
