About The Position
The MDS Coordinator - RN is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the MDS treatment assessment tool and for reviewing care plans to ensure compliance with high standards of care. This role involves managing Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents to assure appropriate reimbursement for services provided within the nursing center, conducting concurrent MDS reviews, and integrating information from various services to ensure optimal patient care and reimbursement.
