About The Position
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer program requirements. This role involves conducting federally mandated assessments, gathering data to determine residents' functional capacity, and developing appropriate care plans.
