About the position

The MDS/QAPI Manager at The Village at Orchard Ridge is responsible for coordinating the resident assessment process and managing the MDS schedule. This role also includes functioning as the infection control preventionist for the Health Center. The position requires a strong focus on task management, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment process.
• Manage the MDS schedule efficiently.
• Function as the infection control preventionist for the Health Center.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time with attention to detail.
• Communicate sincerely and follow through on commitments.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• MDS Certification
• Training in infection control and prevention
• Clinical experience
