We are looking for a MDS Support Analyst (QA Systems Analyst) in 5707 Blue Lagoon Dr, Miami, FL 33126 USA. Your mission will be to support the daily activities associated with the review and maintenance of recipe data for RBI brands in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Support Brand teams with timely and accurate entry of menu item recipe information for new launches.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Brand teams to complete relevant updates for existing menu items to ensure most current and accurate ingredient and recipe data is reflected.
  • Coordinate with Brand teams to complete deactivation of menu items that are no longer active within our restaurants.
  • Gain expertise with internal data management tools and support Brand teams with troubleshooting ad hoc concerns related to recipe accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Food Science or Nutrition Science, or related field.
  • Two to four years of progressive work experience in related field.
  • Comfortable learning and working with IT systems and databases.
  • Knowledge of database management principles, including experience with developing training materials and SOPs.
  • General understanding of food ingredients and recipe formats (units, quantities).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical and processing skills, with aptitude to interpret technical data, required to inform corrective actions.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a global team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced computer skills (i.e. Excel, Tableau), preferred.
  • Experience with custom large data base systems, preferred.
