About the position

The MDU Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to penetrate the market for telecommunication services in multi-dwelling units (MDUs) such as condos, senior housing, dorms, and rental portfolios in the greater Cincinnati area. This role involves negotiating bulk agreements, building long-term marketing partnerships, and establishing a sales team to support departmental needs.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate bulk agreements and long-term marketing agreements with MDU residential rental portfolio partners
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships within the rental property management industry
  • Cold call and prospect new business
  • Work with finance, product, and legal on large commercial agreements
  • Build and maintain a 0-18 month sales funnel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in sales or related field
  • Previous experience in sales management or sales development
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate large commercial agreements
