About the position

The MDU Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to penetrate the market for multi-dwelling units (MDUs) such as condos, senior housing, dorms, and rental portfolios in the greater Cincinnati area. This role involves offering a triple play product (dial tone, internet, and video) and establishing long-term marketing partnerships. The position also requires building a sales team to support departmental needs.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate bulk agreements and long-term marketing agreements with MDU residential rental portfolio partners.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships within the rental property management industry.
  • Cold call and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance, product, and legal teams on large commercial agreements.
  • Build and maintain a 0-18 month sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in sales, sales management, or sales development.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate large commercial agreements.
