About the position

The Me+ Global Marketing Director at Convatec is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the me+ patient program across various markets. This role focuses on delivering quantifiable value to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers by partnering with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure effective implementation of the program globally. The position requires a strong commercial leader to navigate the complexities of different market maturities and regulatory environments, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to the me+ program.

Responsibilities

  • Globally scale the me+ patient program in an effective and consistent manner.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to execute the program worldwide.
  • Ensure corporate branding and IT infrastructure are designed for global scalability with regional adaptability.
  • Develop marketing and sales programs to facilitate the implementation of the me+ program by regional teams and local service providers/distributors.
  • Act as the cross-functional champion for the me+ program, working with R&D, IT, and regulatory teams to enhance the program.
  • Drive the me+ program as a core component of Convatec's go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing and selling end-to-end solutions
  • Experience in both sales and marketing through direct and distributor channels.
