About the position

The position is responsible for overseeing soybean processing operations at Bunge's Delphos, OH facility. This includes managing the shipping, receiving, drying, and storage of soybeans, as well as operating equipment to load trucks and rail cars with soybean meal. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to company values while providing opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Move rail cars following all safety procedures
• Operate meal grinding equipment
• Load and unload trucks and rail cars with soybean meal
• Load outbound oil trucks
• Monitor computers and make process adjustments as necessary
• Process paperwork per department procedures
• Communicate process and equipment deficiencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors
• Perform cleaning within the department as directed
• Clean silos and bowls in preparation for harvest
• Work safely and assist coworkers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Basic computer and mechanical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours
• Good attendance
