About the position

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking Measure Techs to join their team in Crete, IL. The role involves performing repairs on exterior projects such as roofs, siding, gutters, and windows, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The position offers year-round work and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls and diagnose leaks or issues.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance in accordance with job specifications and safety protocols.
• Repair roof systems and warranty repairs for siding and windows.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and Field Superintendents regarding job progress.
• Perform quality inspections after repairs are completed.
• Complete all reporting documents and paperwork.

Requirements

• Experience with slope roofing, siding, and/or windows.
• Clean driving record; requires driving a company-owned vehicle to job sites.
• Minimum of two years of installation experience.
• Knowledge of ladders, tools, and safety equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing less than 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in mechanical troubleshooting.
