About The Position
The Meat and Seafood Production Specialist Apprentice position at Seward Community Co-op's Friendship Store is designed for motivated individuals who are passionate about working in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented natural foods environment. The purpose of this role is to acquire the necessary skills to fulfill the Production Specialist position through comprehensive training and coaching from experienced department staff. This is a full-time position that reports to the Meat & Seafood Supervisor, with a pay level based on the union wage scale ranging from $19.90 to $21.40 per hour, depending on previous experience.
