Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively with team members.
- Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, and sanitation guidelines.
- Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Ensure commitment to operational excellence and maintain work area according to company policies.
- Advocate for the department and model high-quality service and products to enhance the member experience.
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers, identifying priorities, and adapting to change.
