Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
• Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Ensure commitment to operational excellence and maintain work area according to company policies.
• Advocate for the department and model high-quality service and products to enhance the member experience.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers, identifying priorities, and adapting to change.
