Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively with team members.
- Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, and sanitation guidelines.
- Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.
- Maintain product quality standards and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of meat products.
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience for members.
- Ensure commitment to operational excellence and maintain a clean and member-ready work area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members with their inquiries.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles and ensure task completion.
