About the position

Sullivan's Foods is seeking a Meat Cutter to join our team, responsible for preparing meat products for sale in our store's meat case. The role requires a strong focus on food safety and the safe operation of meat tools and equipment, while working in a cool, damp environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meat products for sale in the store's meat case.
• Ensure food safety standards are met during meat preparation.
• Safely operate meat tools and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail or meat experience preferred.
