As a Meat Cutter at Albertsons, you will engage with customers while preparing and cutting various meat products, including beef and poultry. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cut various meat products including beef and poultry.
• Engage customers in friendly conversations about meat products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Assist customers with their meat selections and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for meats and customer service.
• Ability to work with various tools and power equipment.
• Adaptability to work in different environments (freezer, refrigerator, sales floor).
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a meat cutting or food service role.
• Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques.
