About the position
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our local company. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing light duty mechanical work on trucks and cars. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, to meet the demands of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform light duty mechanical work on trucks and cars.
- Maintain and repair vehicles as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience performing light duty mechanical work on trucks and cars.
- Must have own tools necessary for the job.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug test upon offer of employment.
