This encompasses utilizing computerized maintenance systems for parts procurement and managing relevant information related to equipment, budgets, and work methods. The principal duties include participating in safety and housekeeping programs, adhering to environmental regulations, installing and maintaining equipment, and performing various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and welding. The mechanic is expected to lead and assist apprentices, inspect wells, and operate machine shop equipment as assigned.
