Responsibilities

• Perform precise, repetitive mechanical and electrical assembly operations in a high-volume manufacturing process.
• Conduct mechanical attachment and point-to-point wiring.
• Test assembled products and perform finish work.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and inspect own work for quality specifications.
• Work on multiple assignments within the assembly line flow.
• Produce work to meet strict quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of mechanical assembly experience.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform flange assembly and screw drive housing assembly.
• Familiarity with using fixtures, hand tools, test meters, and program-driven test equipment.
• Ability to read simple engineering drawings and follow instructions closely.
• Good communication skills and a strong attendance record.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with noise testing and rotation direction monitoring.
• Basic understanding of measurements.
